Payment is required at least 48 hours in advance of the session via bank transfer.

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 48 hours before the arranged time. We may be able to provide you with an alternative session, but this cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations (less than 48 hours) or non-attendance without prior notice are non-refundable.
